Home for the Holidays 2009 PSA

The NOCCA Institute, House of Blues, and the family of Daniel Price invite you to Home for the Holidays at House of Blues New Orleans on Wednesday, December 23, 2009. Home for the Holidays is a night of spectacular art and music benefiting the Daniel Price Memorial Fund for Aspiring Artists, which honors the memory of NOCCA alumnus Daniel Price. In keeping with Daniel’s twin passions of art and music, the Fund provides scholarships for outstanding visual arts and music students at NOCCA. Home for the Holidays begins with a food-filled patron party and silent auction from 6:00pm – 7:30pm, Entertainment will be provided by Nova Nola, featuring Sasha Masakowski and John Boutte, with special guest Theresa Andersson.  Patron tickets are $125 and entitle patrons to a buffet dinner and open bar.

Home for the Holidays continues from 7:30pm – midnight with the official Home for the Holidays concert, featuring performances by Rebirth Brass Band; Kermit Ruffins and the Barbeque Swingers, with special guests Amanda Shaw and Shamarr Allen; the Eric Lindell Trio, with special guests Stanton Moore and Thomas Johnson; Jonathan Batiste Band, with special guest Herlin Riley; Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue, with guests James Andrews and Rockin Dopsie Jr. General admission tickets to the concert are $30.
