The holiday edition of The NOCCA Marketplace is officially open! Visit Shop.NOCCAInstitute.com to find gifts for friends, family, clients, and yourself, made by Culinary Arts students at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts. Proceeds from sales support programs for students, faculty, and the community. Orders will be taken through December 14, 2014.

This is sure to be a holiday party pleaser, from the ginger snap crust to the dusting of grated nutmeg on top. Alcohol-free, but enjoy yours with a glass of great brandy, rum, or bourbon, if you like. All pickups: Friday, December 19. Please note: this item can’t be shipped.

It’s easy to order treats at Shop.NOCCAInstitute.com, but we’re happy to take orders over the phone, too. We’re available at 504-940-2900 from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
SHIPPING OR PICKUP?
Most items in the NOCCA Holiday Marketplace are shipped or available for pickup on Fridays, beginning November 14. The deadline for placing your order is the Sunday prior to the desired ship date. For example, if you’d like to pick up your order on Friday, December 12, you’d need to place your order by midnight on Sunday, December 7. Orders received after Sunday will be prepared the following week. The final day to place your order is December 17, 2014.Please note that at this time, we cannot ship pies.
