“THE SECRET OF THE WINE GLASS”
At this very special tasting event, Chris Hillin of the Riedel Wine Glass Company will show us how wine glasses can affect the flavor of wine. To do that, he’ll use different types of Riedel stems specifically designed and manufactured to enhance wine.
Each guest will receive a boxed set of two red and two white Riedel glasses to keep as part of your reservation fee. Each set contains one of each of the Veritas Tasting set: Oaked Chardonnay, Riesling Grand Cru, Pinot Noir, and the Cabernet Sauvignon. This set is valued at $138!
The tasting will last approximately one-and-a-half hours, beginning with pre-event appetizers, which will be followed by the wine-tasting presentation itself. Afterward, attendees will have the chance to order additional Riedel wine glasses and wine at a discount.
Guests can also take part in a silent auction featuring a range of experience packages, including gift certificates to local shops and restaurants and other New Orleans-area treats.
