The NOCCA Institute’s annual ART&SOUL gala takes place Saturday, March 21, 2020–and this year, NOCCA’s talented alumni and students will make the evening sparkle!
The fun kicks off in NOCCA’s Chevron Forum (5 Homer Plessy Way) at 6pm with a patron party, featuring outstanding food and drink from some of our city’s best restaurants and chefs, plus a performance by alum Kevin Gullage and His Blues Groovers. Patrons will also be able to place early bids in our silent auction, which includes vacation packages, dining and travel experiences, and of course, stunning original art like “Dew Drops in the Paper Garden”, created for ART&SOUL 2020 by NOCCA Visual Arts faculty member Keith Perelli.
ART&SOUL continues with the gala at 7:30pm, sponsored by The Meraux Foundation. Performances by NOCCA alumni Sweet Crude and Doreen’s Jazz New Orleans will get guests on their feet, and one lucky person will win our Winner’s Choice Raffle at 9:45pm.
