The NOCCA Institute and the Lupin Foundation invite you to one of the best parties in a city known for its parties: ART & SOUL, benefiting the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA), Louisiana’s arts conservatory for high school students!
ART & SOUL 2011 will take place Sunday, May 22 at NOCCA, located at 2800 Chartres Street in the historic Faubourg Marigny. The theme for this year’s event is “Formula for Fun”, celebrating the upcoming launch of NOCCA’s Academic Studio.
Patrons will feast on culinary delights by NOCCA’s newest faculty member, Chef Dana D’Anzi Tuohy, along with Chef Frank Brigtsen and our talented Culinary Arts students. Gala revelers will enjoy food from New Orleans Hilton Riverside and an open bar sponsored by the Goldring Family Foundation. Throughout the evening, guests will be entertained by professional and student groups, including the NOCCA Alumni All-Stars, the Joe Ashlar Trio, Sasha Masakowski & Musical Playground, and the Faubourg Quartet.
